The Process for Students with a Conditional EAP

Students with Conditional EAP will submit their EAP result along with their unofficial high school transcript to Student Success and Assessment Services. Assessment staff will review transcript against a list of courses approved by English/Math faculty. If student did not take an approved course, student will be informed via email, and has the option to take the placement tests. The student also has the option to ask for faculty review by completing a "Conditional EAP Review Form." The Department Chair will approve or deny the request; usually the turnaround time is in 2 business days. The results of the review are posted in the Student Portal, and the student is also informed by email.
